You have to love fall garden harvest. I got some items from Gayle and made a batch of garden fresh salsa before I left yesterday for the Thursday guys night at the shack. Ohhh it's so good and the smell is even better, reminds me of Mexico. Now I need to make some spaghetti sauce and Gayle home grown garlic is fabulous, the bulbs are as big as a small child's head. Okay just kidding but when the recipe ask for 1 clove it's a 1/2 of clove from these bulbs.
