I can't believe it's been so long since I posted, I guess I've been busy.
Saturday our nephew Mike called and said there was a swan in the field down the road from us so of course I have to go find him. When we came up to him he was lying down in the grass with a goose by his side. Of course sitting on the road is not good enough for me so I walk through the wet soggy field to get closer to him. He starts honking and fluttering his wings trying to scare me away.
Finally he gives up and flys away, he was huge.
And Mrs Goose had to follow him, she must be confused.
See that wet soggy field I was walking in with my tennis shoes..... John thinks I'm crazy.
